What is the antitrust policy?
It is a set of legal and organizational measures to ensure compliance with and prevent violation
of the antitrust laws by the Company's employees.
How does SKOPINPHARM mitigate antitrust risks?
  • Develops risk prevention measures;
  • identifies, detects, and assesses the antitrust risks annually;
  • develops and implements policies to manage risks holistically and continuously;
  • helps the employees study the antitrust legislation, familiarizes them with the local acts, and checks their knowledge level;
  • appoints an employee in charge of the system health;
  • keeps the hotline running.
What laws does the Company follow?

SKOPINPHARM follows all Russian competition laws:

  • The Constitution of the Russian Federation;
  • The Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
  • The Federal Law No. 135-FZ "On the Protection of Competition" dated October 26, 2006;
  • The Federal Law No. 38-FZ "On Advertising" dated March 13, 2006.
For Employees

Our employees must follow the antitrust laws and regulations.

To protect the Company from antitrust risks, all the employees get acquainted with the related
laws and Policies. The SKOPINPHARM bylaws regulate the scope and form of training. The employees
access the Policy as well as antitrust legislation theory and hands-on materials via the corporate platform.

Pricing and competition

The key principle is to comply with the laws, including antitrust regulations.

Key requirements to pricing
  • Do not set minimal or fixed reseller prices to impose product reseller terms on a customer;
  • do not sell products at prices below cost — this may be considered a violation of antitrust laws if it is determined that the goal was to restrict the competition; 
  • reject cooperating with a competitor if this cooperation may restrict competition.
The Company forbids
  • To raise, reduce, or support auction prices;
  • to divide the market based on the territory, the amount of product sales and purchases, product assortment, or salespeople and customer types;
  • to reduce or stop production;
  • to make agreements restricting competition (price fixing agreements);
  • to create discriminatory conditions;
  • to impose unfavorable conditions on a counterparty; 
  • to set and maintain high monopoly prices.
